We welcome all feedback from guests, whether its face to face, in our own in-house questionnaire or on websites like Tripadvisor. We take the comments very seriously and where ever possible will do our best to learn from any shortfalls. It also enables us to prioritise our work schedule. Some things can be changed quickly and some things take longer, but we do take everything on board.
This week we have a total of 30 guests on tripadvisor scoring us 'excellent' and 20 'very good' - which means over 80% of guests who have left comments on the site would recommend us. Room for improvement, but still very positive and a real testament to the hard work of all the staff who work with us to turn the Western Isles fortunes around.
