Thriving Herbs

Having planted a range of herbs last year and earlier this year we are now reaping the benefits and our chefs are collecting home grown herbs each day. These are complimented by the excellent locally grown produce we are buying from the gardens at Glengorm Castle. Some of the herbs we have tried to grow have been less successful and we shall try again next year. We have planted horseradish and rhubarb that we will be able to start gathering next year.
