Get ready for a three-day celebration of traditional Scottish music at the Mull Music Festival, taking place from April 21st to 23rd, 2023 at the Western Isles Hotel in Tobermory. Headlining at the Hotel is the award-winning band Falasgair, consisting of five talented musicians who are sure to delight audiences with their unique blend of bagpipes and fiddle 

Over the course of the weekend, Falasgair will be performing four live sets. The band will start off with an evening performance (8-10:30pm) on Friday the 21st, followed by a traditional session (1-4pm) and an evening gig (8-10:30pm) on Saturday the 22nd. The final day, Sunday the 23rd, concludes with a traditional session (1-4pm) to bid farewell to the festival.

The Western Isles Hotel’s conservatory restaurant will be the venue for these gigs, offering stunning views of Tobermory. The bar will be open from noon until 11pm, with a special festival foods menu available throughout the weekend. Guests can enjoy lunch from 12-3pm and dinner from 6-9pm, all while taking in the incredible live music from Falasgair.

The Mull Music Festival is free and so you will only have to show up to enjoy the amazing music and food. The Western Isles Hotel also has an outdoor terrace which will be open during the festival. This is the perfect spot to enjoy a drink and soak up the sunshine while taking in the stunning views of Tobermory.

If the weather holds up, there’s even a chance that Falasgair may even take their traditional session outside onto the terrace.
