Our mission is simple: to let exceptional local ingredients speak for themselves.
The Conservatory Restaurant & Bar brings together the best produce from Mull with relaxed dining and panoramic views across Tobermory Bay.
Wherever possible, our kitchen uses locally sourced fish and seafood, beef, venison, cured meats, vegetables, berries and cheese.
When ingredients cannot be sourced directly from Mull, we keep food miles to a minimum and choose Scottish suppliers wherever possible.
The hotel’s Conservatory Restaurant & Bar offers panoramic views across the waters surrounding Tobermory.
Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 am to 9:30 am.

Dinner is served every evening from 6:00 pm to 8:30 pm and is open to both residents and non-residents. Booking is essential.

The conservatory is open for drinks all day to both residents and non residents.
